A new problem has affected some Galaxy S8 and S8+ units, preventing them from charging the phone wirelessly.
Owners of such smartphones have taken to Samsung’s community forum to reveal that their devices aren’t charging wirelessly.
Users complain that they are unable to charge their devices using Samsung’s Fast Charging pad. Some of them have revealed that the company’s older charging pads don’t seem to work with the new Galaxy S8 and S8+ smartphones, although they’re on the same Qi standard and shouldn’t encounter any issues.
Earlier, users have complained about WiFi connectivity issues and a reddish tint on the display.
