The company is now offering Windows 10 users a way to see all the diagnostics data that the company receives with the The Windows Diagnostic Data Viewer. According to the company, users will be able to see, search, and take action with your diagnostic data.

Windows Insiders users now get an early preview of the Windows Diagnostic Data Viewer coming in next release of Windows. The Microsoft Privacy Dashboard will enable users to see and manage more data associated with the Microsoft account.

However it is still unclear to what extent users have control on the data collected by Microsoft from their device or if they are able to completely stop the data collection.

Windows Insider is an open software testing program by Microsoft that allows users who own a valid license of Windows 10 or Windows Server 2016 to sign up for pre-release builds of the operating system previously only accessible to developers.
