Canon wins six Technical Image Press Association World Awards 2018

Six Canon products, comprising four cameras, one lens, and an accessory have received “Best Photo and Imaging Product” awards from the Technical Image Press Association (TIPA).  This is the 24th straight year Canon has been recognised for outstanding products in the photography and imaging industry.

TIPA, founded in 1991, represents 30 photo and imaging publications from 14 countries and regions and is one of the world’s leading photo imaging and press associations. Every year, member publications select award recipients based on criteria including innovation, use of leading-edge technology, design, ease-of-use and product quality.

President-CEO of Canon Marketing Malaysia Andrew Koh said, “We are extremely honoured that Canon has once again received the distinguished TIPA awards for delivering empowering tools to photographers worldwide. This reflects our unwavering commitment to not only meet, but transcend the norms of the imaging industry year after year.”

“Our customers’ needs fuel our drive to continually innovate and develop new products that will give them the sophistication and technology they seek so they can continue to capture their impactful stories and cherished memories,” added Koh.
