MILAN (Reuters) – Italy’s greatest telephone group Telecom Italia is about to announce on Friday a deal with rival Vodafone to merge their tower infrastructure and collectively deploy fifth technology cell expertise in Italy, a source shut to the matter mentioned.
The source mentioned a rare board assembly of Telecom Italia (TIM) had been known as for July 26 to approve the deal.
