Instagram Bans US Firm Hyp3r for Improper Data Collection

Facebook-owned Instagram has banned a San Francisco-based firm from its platform on fees of improper user-data assortment.

Called Hyp3r, the startup scraped public information corresponding to customers’ bodily areas, profile data and photographs to serve higher focused adverts.
