I got a amd sempron with amd Radeon HD 5450 with 6gb DDR3 ram that really sucks and now I got a really blinking black and white monitor (mean while my dell monitor : hey sucker you can't even oN the PC for a GTA vice City🤪)

Almost everytime I start up a game I get bsod, but when it survives it runs kinda smoothly.
My PC only has 2GB ram
