using a Sony 42" 4K as gaming monitor since 2017, I said it's better for the FOV, you can adjust it! They said no way, too big!

hey guys i could really use some help i have a AOC G2460PF monitor and a NVIDIA GeForce 1060 6GB videocard. but i don't know what the optimal settings on the screen, the card, and windows is. can anybody help. the screen has FREESYNC but i dont know how to combine that with my 1060. thanks before hand
