Water Cooling is DEAD. Meet the THERMOSIPHON!

WOW! Linus, I thought you were better than that. Your lag times with your Vid and Aud are horrible on this post. Who was slacking lol
I want one just like that, nice and big, i wouldnt mind it.
any one knows why my 3900X idles at 50-55 degrees with an Nzxt Kraken X62? Ive checked the seating of it and everything but nope still hot, and under load it reaches roughly 90+
it's funny, because "termosifone" in italian means heater lmao
Hmm its gunna have to compete with graphene wicks/heatpipes
Bro they should try to make a way to get vinegar and baking soda cooling. it gets cold af.
I believe the best cooler is peltier..But u'll need to find a solution to deal with the heat on the other side and also the water condensation that's going to short out the circuit board .Peltier has insane cooling solution.
Icegiant would still totally lose versus a real custom water loop. AIO's are junk,
Just use the freeze ray
The ice giant ahhhhhh
It outperforms **lifts the triple rad that was beaten by the noctua that's on the same table** this!
Well obviously that's not hard.
Now I have an excuse to unplug the dryer..
Love it… I'm done with AIO's. Pumps are always dying. Heatsinks are a much more dependable option.
I do PC customization in China. I want to order 50 or 100 radiators for AMD 3990X. Please contact me if you see any trouble. szchaodi@gmail.com
Just Put your PC in a fridge
Your background looks like one of the brothels I was visiting… Sorry! I mean my FRIEND was visiting in Amsterdam red light district recently.
Cant you just swap the default "noisy" fans on the icegiant?
Okay… I'm a bit confused. In the beginning, the need for this thing was explained by heatpipes drying up at high temperaturs. The CPU here is running at 70° C roughly… surely, that wouldn't be a problem for a heatpipe? Seems to me the one advantage this has is a huge cooling block… basically a radiator without the latency of a watercooling solution. Shouldn't that work just as well with normal heatpipes?
If you're here because of clickbait. Remember, step one of a successful YouTube video is, a picture of something crazy accompanied by a stupid face. Which Linus has on standby at any given time.
If you grunt picking up a 1 lb water cooler, I can only imagine a gallon of milk.
Which cooler I should use for the ryzem 9 3950x?
My nzxt Krakken is 5 years old now and has been running 24/7 since it was installed. Hard to say Water cooling isn't reliable.
Jesus fking christ No
he made it look so easy to install it has to be a pain in the ass to deal with installation for this massive cooler.
Definitely not interested !!!!! LMMFAO it looks like a Damm VCR !!!😆😅😂🤣😭😆😅😂🤣😭😆😅😂🤣😭😆😅😂🤣😭😆😅😂🤣😭 I wouldn't want that in my PC ever water cooling for the win here ! But thanks Linus!!!!
Not even new technology….Remember the Ford Model T??? They used this identical concept in 15+ million Model T's starting in 1910 or so….welcome to 110 years ago.
well…. but the twinfan rad also beat the tripplefan rad…
How it is compared to decent custom water cooling with a bulky CPU block? And did you try the Noctua one with a delta fan 😀 ?
There's absolutely no replacement for the phase change that occurs (liquid to vapor in the pipes). The amount of energy transferred dwarfs what is capable in a liquid system like the AIO.
what is the absolute smallest case that can fit this cooler?
what do you think of my rig? AMD Ryzen 3950x 16 core CPU, GTX 1660TI, MSI X570 A PRO motherboard 64gb corsair 3200mhz ram. CPU is cooled with corsair 280mm liquid cooler. STEADY 78-80 F TEMP CPU. no overclocking at all. i have (2) 32" curved 144mhz monitors. suggestions? or is this overkill. i currently run most games at over 340 FPS with less than 20% CPU usage and less than 10% memory.
Seeing these huge things has me mind boggling how in the world laptops can keep up!?
Linus stop promoting skillshare they break australia consumer law.
GLARE OR LENSE FLARE ON MONITOR I HATE IT >.>
that fan worked so good ol buddy had to double hood it
No Thermal grease ?
Margin of error is a thing, Margin of error on 10 consecutive win is not considered a margin of error.
Why cant you have a cooler that has it’s own power source? Kind of like just putting your cpu in a fridge lol
Now put Noctua fans on it.
Time to test the improved retail version!
Water cooling is dead, except where noise matters, so in other words this wont replace shit because it uses Delta fans. I can strap a delta fan to my Noctua NH-D15 and get better performance, can you at least normalize shit by using those Delta fans on the other coolers? This is so far beyond objective it is literal shit content. If the noise delta was close I could understand it, but that noise shot showed me that no one will be using this in a desktop build which is the only market for this unit. Can you stop click-baiting people that like your channel. There is no need to gain views from shit viewers that also watch 1000 degree knife videos just because you wrote a cancer title. Eat a dick you piece of shit Linus. One day you will regret all of this when your asshole cannot retain any shit even with the largest buttplug because you let everyone rape your asshole to death with no regard for quality of content, what matters most, context. You lost the plot a long time ago. You love Noctua because they are silent, but ignore it here because click-bait and also fuck you, facts don't matter.
