Your iPhone 11 Pro Is Worth $700 If You Get a New Samsung Galaxy S20

Samsung’s new Galaxy S20 is now available for pre-order, and as it does every time it launches a new-generation flagship, the South Korean firm has also announced a trade-in program to make the purchase more affordable.

More specifically, Samsung’s paying hundreds of dollars for other phones, as long as you agree to purchase a brand new Galaxy S20.

It goes without saying that the latest-generations iPhone are the ones coming with the biggest trade-in value, so if you agree to give up on an iPhone 11 Pro or iPhone 11 Pro Max, you get up to $700 if the device is in tip-top condition.

Samsung and Google phones

On the other hand, the iPhone 11 is worth only $600 in the Samsung store when planning to get a Galaxy S20.

The older the iPhone, the lower the trade-in value, so an iPhone X, for example, comes with a $300 buy-back price at Samsung. The good news is that Samsung is also accepting the iPhone 6s, which is currently the oldest iPhone model still getting updates, only that it offers just $200 for the device.

The latest-generation Samsung models can also be exchanged for store credit that can be used towards the purchase of a Galaxy S20. The Note10 and the Galaxy S10 models are valued at $700, and again, the older these devices get, the lower the trade-in value.

If you have a Google Pixel 4 or Google Pixel 4 XL, Samsung’s paying only $600 for them if you want to purchase a Galaxy S20.

The new Samsung phones are projected to start shipping by March 4, which is also the date when the devices are scheduled to become available for purchase in Samsung stores and at retailers. There are four colors available, namely Cosmic Gray, Cloud Blue, Cloud Pink, and Cosmic Black.
