Or check this ultrawide monitor by LinusTechTips from March 13 2018 :

  2. Now try and get one of the Intergraph InterView 28hd96 CRT monitors that John Carmack used! Apparently someone found a stash of these monitors somewhere recently. It would be cool to see a video even if you got one on loan.

  3. With regards to the colour accuracy, that taskbar is misleading because it shows the wallpaper through it. There may be some difference but if you look at the rest of the screen it's clearly nowhere near that bad.

As for the contrast and brightness, it's important to consider how old this is (as in how long since it was manufactured not because it's old tech). Even unused, displays degrade a lot over time. If you were able to replace the LED backlighting at least you could probably get it back up much closer to original output which should be closer to the claimed specifications.

  4. As I'm looking at this and seeing the obviouslines between the displays for some reason I'm remembering some sort of arcade gamethat looks like this, because it used projectors and I'm wondering if anyone else remembers and if they remember what game it might have?

  5. Linus calls that DVI to HDMI cable stupid and when I first got my custom PC in 2012 that is what I used with my 1050 TI ha. I am much more upgraded from that time don't worry ha
