  1. This Guy man. I worked for Dell tech support for 5 years and the FIRST thing we always asked was if there was a beep or LED code being given in a situation like this. What a fucking amateur. XD

  2. I think the main downside for all these companies is that most of them are not actually trying to troubleshoot the problem and are just following a script and just get lucky when they come to the RAM part. The fact that they follow a script is what drives me crazy when I call tech support eg for my laptop. Usually I did diagnose the problem myself and they are still following the script.
