Sony really missed a trick with the PS5, The glossy front/top plate should've been easily removable and swappable with official and 3rd party versions and Sony should've encouraged other people to come out with side plate designs much like Microsoft did with the Xbox 360 and the thousands of faceplates you could get for it both official and 3rd party.
