Two things gone wrong here. Instagram accepted and returned garbage data. And later you couldn't possibly make the glitch because either Instagram patched their server side code not to accept garbage data or Talal used any undisclosed method to make the server accept the data. If first one is the case then their database still contains Talals height and width data that wasn't modified. And this should also be patched on app because if somehow an attacker can sit middle in the connection and still modify that data on the fly and this would happen.
Iam just scared that one day there's gonna be a bug in android or ios that breaks the phone mad someone will make it into an ad and alot of ppl see it and then all there phones die out
