Despite initial concerns of the curved display’s fragility, HONOR has dispelled these concerns with multiple videos showcasing the tough structure and durability of its screen, passing various screen tests, including smashing walnuts, crabs and to the extent of ran over by a car. All efforts of breaking the screen is futile as the HONOR X9a 5G uses a 0.65mm deep double-strengthened glass screen cover, surviving any crack attempt in securing a smartphone that is tough and durable. Also passing 33 tests back in the R&D, the quality of the screen was further tested and recognized by the 2022 BWF Men’s Doubles champion, Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik in a recent test video.
