To use the Cashless Hospital Admission service while abroad, customers can follow these simple steps:
- Contact the Tune Protect – AirAsia Emergency Hotline at +603 2302 0033 and provide their flight booking number for verification.
- After verification, a Medical Agent will notify a nearby Medical Provider and arrange transportation if needed.
- A Guarantee Letter will be sent to the Medical Provider to ensure uninterrupted medical attention.
- Policyholders can be assured that their medical bills will be taken care of without the need for claim submissions.
